Hopi Ear Candling is a gentle relaxing, non-invasive soothing treatment which can offer relief to any problems in the ear, nose and throat areas. It also calms the mind to combat stress and deeply relaxes all of your senses.

When the candle is burning, a light suction action is created, and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the candle which generates a massage-like effect on the eardrum. This has an effect of regulating ear pressure. The warmth of the flow stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems and increases immune defence.

Hopi Ear Candling is also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy. Ear candling has been used for thousand of years by many civilisations, Egyptian, Chinese, Aztec, Tibetan, Mayan and American Indian cultures. The practice was brought to the west by the native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona. (Hopi means “peaceful people”).

Hopi ear candles are hollow tubes made from natural ingredients of organically grown flax, honey extracts, sage, st john’s wort and chamomile.

Red light therapy (RLT) is an emerging treatment that’s showing promise in treating wrinkles, redness, acne, scars and other signs of aging.

Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low levels of red light to reportedly improve your skin’s appearance, like reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. It’s also touted to treat other medical conditions.

Red light therapy is thought to work by acting on the “power plant” in your body’s cells called mitochondria. With more energy, other cells can do their work more efficiently, doing things like repairing skin, boosting new cell growth and enhancing skin rejuvenation. More specifically, certain cells absorb light wavelengths and are stimulated to work.

Red light therapy may work in skin health to:

• Stimulate collagen production, which gives skin its structure, strength and elasticity.

• Increase fibroblast production, which makes collagen.

• Collagen is a component of connective tissue that builds skin.

• Increase blood circulation to the tissue.

• Reduce inflammation in cells.

Our RLT is a full body lamp made up from 300 x 5 Watt high power led diodes. They emits a highly focused beam of light down at a 60 degree arc at two crucial wavelengths, 660nm and 850nm.
The 1500w device is wider than most counterparts therefore more powerful with more coverage – crucial for full body sessions.
